WORKSHOP Clay Portrait

This workshop is designed to introduce the participants to a basic study of the human head using an armature and clay. Instructor will provide participants with an armature and one bag of clay. Participants will work with building the portrait structure on day one and use a model on day two. Principle of proportion will be discussed to better capture the physical and artistic expression. Lectures and demos will be presented throughout the day. The fee includes one bag of clay, the 4-hour model fee and instructor built armature. Firing fees and additional model time is extra. All work must be removed at the end of the workshop.
