Come to Del Ray Artisans gallery and work with nationally recognized jewelry and mixed media artist Judy Gula to make a one of a kind power art necklace. During this 4-hour workshop you will learn to combine a mix of vintage and recycled materials as you twist and stitch fibers and trims to form a unique necklace which you will then embellish with beads, buttons, and lace. The focal point of your powerful art necklace will be an image you transfer to a small piece of canvas. All sewing is by hand using basic stitches. No technical skills are needed and most supplies are provided in the instructor provided kit.

Class fee (includes supply kit) is $55. Registration and payment is required by March 6th. The workshop is open to participants ages 12 and up.
