[CANCELED] Paint Like the Masters: Techniques of Monet, Cezanne & Picasso

Grown-Ups Art Camp Workshop: "Paint Like the Masters: Techniques of Monet, Cezanne & Picasso"
Date: Sunday, July 12 from 1-4pm
Instructor: Leah Symonds
Workshop Fee: $70 members / $80 non-members
Plus Supply Fee: $40
Class size: 5-20 participants

The first 45-60 minutes will be a history overview of the techniques used by Monet, Cezanne, and Picasso - theories on their motivations for the paintings they created and how they compare and contrast. Maybe a fun little exercise to see if you can recognize which artist painted which artwork. The rest of the workshop will be working on a canvas.

This workshop has been canceled

Meet the Instructor: Leah Symonds - I have been an artist since I was ten, starting out with cartoon characters and moving on to comic book heroes. I started taking art classes in middle school and eventually earned both an undergraduate and graduate degree in the History of Art. I prefer charcoal and graphite, but dabble in acrylics, ink, and digital/film photography.
